I am honored to have you take the time to learn about me and my healing journey.  My hope is that my story can serve as an inspiration to you--to help you understand you are never alone on this path. As lonely or seemingly desperate as it may become, we are never alone. When we can come to understand our true nature--who we truly are at our core--everything changes.  It is then that true living begins.  

In an effort to assist others on their journey, I am providing resources on various spiritual topics that I found very helpful.  These are just a few of the many resources available. My intention is to assist those who may not know where to begin and offer them a starting point.
